Cancellation & Refund Policy
10MinuteFix sells digital products (ebooks, guides and downloadable resources) that are delivered instantly after payment. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing — by completing a purchase, you accept this policy (as stated in our Terms & Conditions).
1. No cancellations
Because our products are delivered instantly and automatically after payment, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
2. No refunds on delivered digital products
All sales are final. As our products are digital goods that cannot be “returned” once downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits once the product has been successfully delivered. Please review the product description, contents and price carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before buying, email us at support@10minutefix.in — we’re happy to help you decide.
3. The only exceptions — when a refund IS provided
You are entitled to a full refund only in these cases:
- Non-delivery: you were charged but did not receive the product, and we could not deliver it to you within 48 hours of you contacting us at support@10minutefix.in; or
- Duplicate payment: you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order (the duplicate amount is refunded); or
- Failed transaction: money was deducted but the order did not complete and the amount was not auto-reversed by your bank/payment provider.
4. How to raise a refund request (for the exceptions above)
Email support@10minutefix.in within 7 days of the transaction, with your payment ID / transaction reference and the email or phone number used at checkout. We respond within 24–48 hours on working days.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via our payment provider (e.g., Razorpay/Cosmofeed). Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.
