Delivery / Shipping Policy

10MinuteFix sells digital self-development products only — everything is delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery timelines to worry about.

1. How delivery works

• After successful payment, your ebook (PDF) is delivered instantly via a download link on the confirmation screen and/or sent to the email address (or phone number) you provided at checkout.
• Delivery is handled through our checkout platform (e.g., Cosmofeed) and/or email.
• You can download and read the product on any phone, tablet or computer that opens PDF files.

2. Didn’t receive your product?

• First, check your spam/junk/promotions folder.
• Still nothing after 30 minutes? Email support@10minutefix.in with your payment ID or the email/phone used at checkout.
• We will resend your product within 24 hours on working days. If we cannot deliver it within 48 hours of your email, you get a full refund as per our Refund Policy.

3. International customers

Digital delivery works identically worldwide — the download link and email delivery are the same regardless of your country. Prices are listed in INR and converted to your currency by the payment provider at checkout.
