These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of 10minutefix.in/ (the “Website”) and the purchase of our digital products. By using the Website, or by making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not purchase. The Website is operated by 10mintuefix (“we”, “us”).

1. Products & pricing

We sell digital self-development products (downloadable ebooks, guides, worksheets and related resources). All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) on the relevant product page — for example, The 10-Minute Posture Fix is priced at ₹199. Prices may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. For international customers, applicable currency conversion is handled by the payment provider.

2. Payments

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay and/or Cosmofeed. By purchasing, you agree to their terms of service as well.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally and instantly after successful payment, as described in our Delivery Policy. No physical goods are shipped.

4. Licence & permitted use

When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or claim authorship of our products or any part of them. All content remains the intellectual property of 10minutefix.

5. Health & medical disclaimer

Our products are wellness and educational guides only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor or physiotherapist. If you have severe pain, numbness, tingling, an injury, or any diagnosed medical condition, consult a medical professional before starting any exercise program. Stop any exercise that causes pain. You use our guides voluntarily and at your own risk.

6. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on our Website and inside our products are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Recommended items are always optional and never required to benefit from our products.

7. Refunds & cancellations

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and no refunds are provided once the product has been delivered. The only exception: if you paid but did not receive the product and we are unable to deliver it to you within 48 hours of you contacting us (or in case of an accidental duplicate payment), you are entitled to a full refund. 8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
